Just three months after purchase of the Cosford Lane site, Formal Investments Ltd secured a 10 year lease with TNT Post (Doordrop Media) Ltd, now re-branded as Whistl.

Background

The site, covering approximately 6 acres, is in a prominent position on the outskirts of Rugby, Warwickshire close to M6 J1. The site includes 115,000 sq ft of warehousing with 30 docking bays, 10,000 sq ft of office space and extensive parking.

The former Asda distribution depot had been unoccupied for over twelve months before being purchased by Formal Investments.

Formal Investments completed a £400,000 refit to the tenant’s specification meaning the building was ready for occupation within ninety days of signing the lease agreement.
