A lease was agreed with insurance giants Aviva for 3,459 sq ft on the first floor of Festival House.

The area was totally stripped back to a bare shell and fully refurbished, complete with raised access floor, ready for the client fit-out to accommodate 26 employees and completed within the 8 week timescale.
